Exist different histories about the origin of the tea but one of the legend of this drunk, talked about the chinese emperor Cheng Nung, who in the year 2737 A.C commanded to boil all water to his kingdom to reasons of hygiene. One day, when the emperor and his court has down the tree preparing the boiling water, some leaf of the tree fall in the water and expel a good scent. The emperor command to plant this tree in big numbers. His bush as camellia sinensis, the plant of tea.

Until today, the tea is one of the most popular drink on the world and his production it's depends on the type of tea as his production but all type of tea born with the Camellia sinensis. The type of tea depends of the process of the drying of the leaf. Exist 5 types of tea: White tea, Green tea, Oolong, Black tea and Red tea. Is very important to mention as the process of manufacture of the type of the tea depends of the place as produced, for example, it’s not the same a green tea of China and the green tea of Japan: the color, the scent and the taste is different. In this case, I talk about one type of black tea: Darjeeling Namrig.

The Darjeeling Namrig is an Indian tea as very Famous in the world and as normal recommend to the people who prefer the tea as not strong. This type of tea is characterized as a mild taste floral and a light color and as normal confused by the green tea for his taste. Equally, his scent his very noticeable and balancing and has a mild astringent taste. The name of Darjeeling meaning land of lightning and his place is born as the most famous places of production of black tea on the India.

In conclusion, the tea even today, as one of the most popular drink in the world and the production is very important for the type of tea and is very important consider the place of production. The Darjeeling Namrig is only one of type of black tea.
